Organizational Hierarchy

The ARO Foundation team is responsible for all aspects of the Foundation’s work around the world. The committee meets regularly to review all the foundation’s accomplishments and ensure all members of our team perform adequately for the timely and efficient realization of the foundation’s objectives. Our organizational hierarchy consists of our president/founder, operations manager, program coordinator, administrative support associate, head of ARO Emergency Education Program and teaching staff.

President/Founder

AHAMEFULA BRENDAN ROCHAS.

Ahamefula Brendan Rochas is the president and founder of ARO Foundation. He is responsible for shaping and approving foundation strategies, advocating for the foundation’s issues, and setting the organization’s overall direction. He helps shape our vision and develop strategies to address some of the world’s most challenging matters.

Operations Manager

STEPHANIE UWAGWU

Stephanie Uwagwu oversees the planning and execution of the projects undertaken at the ARO Foundation. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the foundation, including the development and implementation of its programs, special events, exhibits, and services as well as staff management. She establishes and cultivates strategic partnerships and cooperative arrangements with state and local governments and area chiefs, the non-profit and private sector, community groups and other organizations.

Program Coordinator

ADEOLA ADEWUMI

Adeola Adewumi plans and coordinates the foundation’s programs most specifically One Home One World for ARO Foundation, including budgeting, and community outreach. She develops and implements programs that align with the organization’s mission and support the organization’s goals. She creates program materials and ensures that these programs achieve stated objectives. She is responsible for special events that publicize the organization and its programs to the community.

Administartive Support Associates

UBA VIKKY, AMEH TONIA

Uba vikky and Ameh Tonia are administrative associates of the ARO Foundation. They are responsible for providing support to the operations manager and program coordinator, assisting in daily office needs and managing the foundation’s general administrative activities.

HEAD OF PROGRAM ARO EMERGENCY EDUCATION PROGRAM

LEMMY BONNET

Lemmy Bonnet oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of the Emergency Education Program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities. In addition, she also teaches courses in English Language to the children enrolled in the program. She also serves as counsellor to some distraught children in the program.

Mathematics Teacher

MIKE INYANG

Mike Inyang is the mathematics teacher for the ARO Foundation Emergency Education Program. He teaches courses in mathematics to the children in the program. He creates lesson plans, assigns and corrects homework, manages the children in the classroom, and helps prepare them for standardized tests.

Basic Science Teacher

DORIS KANAN

Doris Kanan prepares and delivers lessons in basic science to children in the Emergency Education Program. She evaluates and grades class works, assignments, and papers and also prepares course materials.

INFORMATION/COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY TEACHER

YORKS PHINIHAS BONNET

Yorks Phinihas Bonnet teaches courses in information and communication technology to children at the ARO Emergency Education Program. He is a vocational educator in the field of computer science and related technological areas who coaches and teaches students in the fundamentals of computer software and hardware. He prepares and executes lesson plans, assigns tasks, and evaluates student work and progress.
